I help clients develop their business plans and budgets to deliver positive financial performance.
Skills needs analysis and research
Through labour market analysis and stakeholder engagement, my work informs curriculum development, workforce planning and investment decisions.
Apprenticeship quality improvement
I help training providers achieve continuous improvement through quality reviews, and embedding employer feedback, learner voice, and robust data analysis into their quality frameworks to deliver better outcomes.
Proposal development and bid writing
I manage bids and write successful proposals for a wide variety of clients, supporting them in all stages of the process from initial evaluation to pricing strategy.
